Billing & Payment

The following constitutes our Billing Policy and applies to ALL customers of Aurora Music Arts. Please review the following terms carefully. The term “Aurora Music Arts” or “us” or “we” or “our” or “teacher” or “instructor” or “owner” refers to Brad Furlow aka Bradley Furlow, the owner of this website and studio business. The term “you” refers to the user, the customer or viewer of our Web Site. The term “plan” refers to any product, service or item billed on a single or reoccurring interval. Use of our website and/or services constitutes agreement to this Billing Policy as part of our Terms of Service. Payments

All prices shown are in US currency. Payments to us are to be made in US currency and must be drawn from a US bank or financial institution. We accept the following types of payment:

  • Credit Card or Debit Card

  • Electronic Check (through PayPal)

  • PayPal

  • Wix Payment Services

 

All payments are due upon receipt. If you provide us with your credit card information by saving it to a recurring profile, you are authorizing us to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to that recurring profile. Subsequent charges will be automatically charged to your credit card on the next invoice due date. Recurring charges will be posted to your credit card until such time that you cancel your account in accordance with this policy. Charges for agreed upon and approved invoices separate from a saved recurring profile may also need to be paid and will be charged to the card on file with notice to the card holder. You are responsible for updating or notifying us of any changes to your billing information (including, but not limited to card number, e-mail address, expiration date, billing address, or card status).

Declined Payments

In the event a credit card is declined for any reason, you or the card holder will be notified in writing by email of the denial. Services & plans already paid will not be affected.  No further services or plans will be scheduled until such time as payment is approved and completed.  You are responsible for updating or notifying us of any changes to your billing information (including, but not limited to card number, e-mail address, expiration date, billing address, or card status).

Credit Card Disputes / Charge-backs

We have a zero-tolerance policy for charge-backs. Customers who dispute a credit card payment are subject to account termination at our discretion. A $35.00 processing fee will be assessed to all accounts that receive a charge-back and will result in termination of all future recurring plans, services, and a request by the owner to no longer seek business services from/with Aurora Music Arts.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds & Credits will be issued only for the following reasons:

  1. Failure of the instructor to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice.

  2. Inability to conduct appointment due to natural disaster, weather, or online services interruption

​

Cancellation & Rescheduling

When an absence is reasonably foresee-able, Students are required to notify us by phone at (720-748-1132) or in writing by email to (bfurlowstudio@gmail.com) of any need to cancel or reschedule not later than 8-hours prior to their scheduled appointment start time.

 

Failure to notify will result in a “No Show” for that appointment date/time.

 

Special last-minute circumstances for death, sudden illness or injury will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

- [Rescheduling missed appointments] You will be permitted one (1) missed appointment reschedule per monthly billing period. Rescheduled times must occur within the operational hours of Aurora Music Arts – 9 AM to 2 PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Thursday, during an available time. Reschedules will be permitted on holidays, or during previously schedule appointments, vacations, weekends, or after 2 PM (Mountain Time)

- [Recurring non-communication of Cancellation] Customers who repeatedly have “No Show” occurrences without notice will result in termination of all future recurring plans and services and request by the owner to no longer seek business services from/with Aurora Music Arts.
